Call or email to learn about the planned adult program and ask general questions.

Discuss goals and preferences
Talk about interests, goals and support needs. Involve your support coordinator and chosen supporters as appropriate.

Confirm readiness and approvals
Confirm program readiness, eligibility, funding and any necessary approvals or authorizations.
- Step 4
Plan an appropriate start
A start can be planned only when required licensing and enrollment and individualized arrangements are in place.
